This is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course. It teaches the skills needed to respond to an emergency until emergency medical services arrives. The student will learn skills including, but not limited to: how to treat bleeding, broken bones, sprains, and shock. HeartSaver First Aid teaches skills using AHA's research-proven Practice-While-Watching technique. With proper completion of this class, the student will receive an AHA HeartSaver First Aid Course Completion Card, valid for 2 years. Student Course Manual included.
